Correlated Multimodal Imaging (CMI) Database


Creating correlated multimodal imaging (CMI) database in order to foster collaboration among network participants.

This project was proposed and performed by Brankica Filipic, Assistant Professor, University of Belgrade, Serbia and awarded with a COMULIS Virtual Mobility Grant.

Objective of this questionnaire is to set up CMI database which will contain list of CMI laboratories, recommended protocols, correlation softwer which can be used, and contact details of expert in related field.
The main expected results of prepared CMI database are:
• To boost CMI communication among network participants;
• To inform interested scientists of available CMI laboratories;
• To establish long-term collaborations among COMULIS participants, even after completion of CA17121 Cost Action;
• To facilitate knowledge exchange among CMI experts, reserchears and especially ECIs who can find information which laboratory suits best for their potential STSM application.
